Carey Crabtree Todd

Master Assistant Coach, 12s

Carey Crabtree Todd has been a permanent fixture at WSC, having served in several capacities over the years. Coach Todd grew up in the Cypress area, graduating from Cy Fair High School. She was awarded a full athletic scholarship to the University of Southern Mississippi where she was team captain as a freshman before being injured. Coach Todd left USM to move back home and attend University of Houston. She joined the U of H Volleyball team during the 1997 season, in which they won Conference USA and attended the NCAA Tournament.

While finishing up at University of Houston, she joined Willowbrook Sports Complex in 1997 as Events Coordinator. After graduating with her Bachelors of Business Degree in 2000, Coach Todd became WSC's Director. She was an integral part of WSC's capital expansion and the formation of the Willowbrook Volleyball Club. She stayed at WSC until 2007, when she decided to coach and teach full-time in the Cy-Fair ISD. Coach Todd was with Cook Junior High from 2007-2009, where she coached 8th grade volleyball, basketball and track. She was hired in the Spring of 2009 to be the Varsity Volleyball and Golf Coach at Langham Creek High School, where she will also be teaching Teen Leadership. WSC is pleased to have Coach Todd return to our coaching staff for the new 2009-2010 season, where she will be the master assistant coach for all of Willowbrook's 12 and under teams.

Coach Todd has many coaching accomplishments, highlighted by her Willowbrook 13 Asics team winning the National Championship at the USAV Junior Olympics in 2005.
