Master Assistant Coach, 14s

Rich has eight years experience as a USAV Junior Girls Coach, and his teams have qualified for USAV National Junior Olympic Championships four times, with two of those teams winning bronze medals. He has over 25 years of volleyball experience. Along with playing and coaching, Rich has over 18 years of officiating experience, including 16 years officiating NCAA Division 1 matches and eight years officiating USAV National Championship events and matches. He is a nationally certified USAV Official and Scorekeeper, as well as a nationally certified collegiate official, scorekeeper, and line judge. Rich is also a Certified Beach Official (USAV and AVP) .

Rich’s philosophy is to give positive reinforcement and technical excellence while striving to help the athletes hold themselves accountable for their attitudes and actions on and off the court.
